No lecture...but DO be very careful as a stomach bleed from NSAID use can become serious! Make sure that you are not taking them on an empty stomach...and also consider some natural anit-inflammatory alternatives. Fish oil, turmeric, ginger and magnesium can all be helpful. Keep in mind that painful periods are NOT normal! You may have an underlying condition that is causing the problem...endometriosis is the common culprit.
