Try to take in two bags. :) Yep, thin is not great. A normal stool is at least an inch in diameter, well formed but not hard packed, mostly uniform color.

You're actually doing a very complete parasite cleanse, not just pinworms but EVERYthing. Very thorough. :)

See if your health food store has Planetary Formulas, they have a nice mostly blue label. There's one called "Bupluerum Liver Cleanse" that is very thorough in their ingredients, and because it's in pill form, they include things to aid digestion and assimilation. I have a lot of respect for the herbal doctor who puts them together.

If they don't have that one, make sure it has some or most of the following: Milk Thistle, Bupluerum, Chinese Gentien, Dandelion.

B vitamins and certain amino acids also help, so some mixes will include these.

Lecithin is also excellent for removing unhealthy fats from the bloostream, and it aids the liver.
