Continually constipated on 1 p&b

Hi all,

I started the p&b shakes about 3 weeks ago and have been taking one a day most days since, and I am having continual constipation--something I never experienced before. Before beinnnng the p&b's, I had very watery stools, rarely formed, that were pretty regular. I began Dr. Schulze 's #1, which made my bms totally erratic!! Then began the p&b's. I began to have formed bms, but now after about 3 weeks I am just constantly constipated unless I use enemas. An enema will clear me out completely, and give me a regular bm afterwards, but if I do not use enemas I have very very difficult bms (never experienced this before!!) and small stools.

Does anyone have any advice? In the past week and a half, I haven't been working out, which I usually do about 4-5 times a week, but even when I do work out, bms are somewhat difficult. I normally drink about 2 gallons of water a day, and most of this is warm water or herb tea.

Do you think this is temporary, and I should just continue cleansing, and enemas, and my body will eventually get more regular? It's really strange to me-- I feel all impacted and am breaking out as the toxins release through my skin (rarely happens!).. Also, I am cleansing for parasites (pinworms), so do you think this could be a symptom of the infestation? I;ve read that parasites inflict diarrhea / constipation. I've never had constipation like this in my life.

Any help is appreciated. I am eating pretty well, although I'm reconsidering the green apple/day idea, as I've also heard that apples help stop diarrhea, so could this be a problem too?
