Take a look at this chart. The latest EFT method has deleted under the nipple for women for obvious reasons (convenience).

Hope that helps. The collarbone is below your neck, you should feel the collarbone bone a couple of inches to the right of left. Under the arm is 4 inches below your armpit, you should be able to feel the last rib, that's the one you want to tap on. EFT points are very forgiving so if you are even in the vicinity of the point you will still get results.
