Sure. Find the anxiety/panic issue that when you think about it gives you a 8-10 on the anxiety/panic scale and use the phrase for instance:
While tapping on the karate chop point. Say "Even though I have this fear and anxiety about my breast biopsy I DEEPLY and COMPLETELY accept myself". Then tap on the crown of your head 7-8x for "this Biopsy fear and anxiety" and do the same for eyebrow, side of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, chin, collar bone, under the arm (last rib). Do the same for each of the issues you named above until you feel you have taken your 8-10 panic/anxiety to a 1 or a zero. Do only one issue at a time, don't mix them. If it still feels like the panic/anxiety is still there try rephrasing for what you think another core issue might be. If you can't seem to figure it out tap on "even though I dont' know where this panic/anxiety is coming from I DEEPLY and COMPLETELY accept myself". You might be surprised how your mind/body will allow the issue to pop up that is hidden. It usually helps if you make up your own key words for the feelings you having and add in key words that describe any physical pains accompanying those emotions.
