Yes, EFT has been known to work even under some of the worst circumstances. Like Gary Craig the originator of EFT says, "try it on everything". My take is if you are having these panic attacks over the fact that for instance, "my husband is in Iraq, what if something happens"? You tap on those panic/anxiety feelings with the setup phrase even though I have this panic/anxiety that something will happen to my husband I DEEPLY and COMPLETELY accept myself. Makeup your own phrases using that formula and tap away at your issues until you feel they have subsided. The key is to be as specific as possible with the issues you believe are causing the panic. You can say "even though I have this Lyme disease I choose for my body to heal". Most people have a clue as to what is troubling them if they relax for a moment and really think about it. If you need help getting started I can help you a bit as I consider it a service to our country with your husband in Iraq. Read the free tutorial at emofree.com and ask me any questions you might have after doing so. I think you will begin feeling better if you use EFT the right way. Persistence pays off too. I use EFT everyday to deal with whatever troubling issues come my way.
