We have had an infrared sauna now for two years. We love it and at first I found it to be a totally boring experience but would force myself to give myself
a treatment.. Now I look forward to going in as I put all my good magazines
in the sauna and read like crazy.. I use to feel guilty to just sit and
read as I have lots of work to do.. The sauna has inproved the softness
and clearness of my skin dramatically. My seven heriated discs are not
even bothering me anymore and my posture has improved. I have TMJ and
it is much better with the strained muscles in my neck being more relaxed.
My husband is suffering from poor circulation and he goes into the sauna
and you can see the difference in the color of his ankles and he has less
leg pain when he does it on a regular basis. It makes us more relaxed and
we both sleep better.. these are just a few of the benefits we have
enjoyed since we purchased it. I reccomend it to anyone who wants to
spend the money or can make their own unit. I feel it has helped our
general health in many ways and we don't feel we wasted any money purchasing it


The only thing is I would not share it with strangers as you expel so much
water that you don't really want someone who you don't know well to be
dripping toxins in your sauna.. I never had sweat in about 25 years and
when we first got the sauna, I did not sweat till after about 4 treatments.
I now sweat normally and feel so much better and much more healthy.
