Are you using a
FIR (Far-Infrared-Sauna) sauna? Have you experienced hypersensitivity the next day following use of sauna?
Along with toxins and metabolic waste, the body is losing minerals too. My own experience with hypersensitivity or mood effect due to sauna was put back in balance with some additionial zinc. IMO, the ideal is to get minerals (and vitamins) from food sources (There are a couple things that I do supplements now and then). Anyway, oysters are the highest food source for zinc.
Zinc has many important functions in the body so a person does not want to be depleted of it (or any of the other minerals that the body needs).
Next time you find yourself feeling a little emotional try some zinc foods, get a little fresh air and get some natural sunlight.
Also, in some cases it just needs to be endured. I find that give things 3 days and they change. Examine your diet and make improvements where you may benefit.
