I responded to the fasting in another post to you because I couldn't find this one. The FIR (Far-Infrared-Sauna) I think is very individual. Sauna in a club is not too controllable, but either FIR (Far-Infrared-Sauna) and/or conventional you'll be able to control if at home. But again, very very individual - I can handle really high heat very well. My FIR (Far-Infrared-Sauna) was cranked up to 140 just to even be worth the effort, but by and large as I've already pointed out, conventional sauna is much more enjoyable to me and I never noticed any substantial benefits from FIR beyond the normal ones attributed to sauna already.
