I'm sing the GB blues with you man!
Listen, I'm one of those gallbladder minus mutants also. Before the surgery the doctors actually told me I wouldn't notice any difference without a GB - what a joke. I think there are three major things that happen when the GB is gone: (1) The body's fat balance is all out of whack and not regulated well - I had a chinese meal and my cholesterol rose too high, I thought I was dying. (2) Liver gets packed with stones that otherwise would have gone to the GB or been pumped out harmlessly by the GB. (3) Bile flow is impaired, you can't digest your food, feel like crap, feel depressed, can't think straight, panic attacks, insomnia, fatigue. Any of this ring a bell?
It is thanks to people on this board that I made some serious improvements in the way I feel. It is still a constant effort to stay healthy. But my chances look much better with the
Liver Flush and the knowledge I have gained here. I have passed hundreds of stones and gravel in 6 flushes.
I don't chow down indiscriminately like I used to - every meal is calculated consumption to make me feel good. I have found that my body can't deal w/ a lot of foods that I used to eat.
I think you ought to try to gain what health you can back. Try a flush and see if it doesn't make you feel a little better.
