Try Dr. Budwig's diet with the flaxseed oil and cottage cheese combo.....up your circulation and energy, clean out your arteries...even your capillaries, dissolve and remove blockages and change all of your cell membranes from being saturated (not letting the nutrients you need in OR the garbage out)to unsaturated with a simple recipe of ....1/2 cup lo-fat or non-fat cottage cheese blended together with 5 tablespoons flaxseed oil, 3 tablespoons ground-up flax seed-this is optional (use a coffee grinder), water-I use enough to make it runny so that I can use it for salad dressing-yum! I also add a little herb salt or tamari to flavor. This is delicious for on top of baked potatoes, vegetables, green salad with veggies, rice cakes, etc. The idea being to not eat any saturated fat because now your body does not have what it needs to thoroughly digest it.
