Hi, I also am sorry to hear how you feel. Been there, (still there sometimes), but working on getting better. I glanced through the other posts and the only thing I can add which has helped me is to add extra fiber to you diet, this will help with the frequent trips to the bathroom and for me helped with colon cramping also. I take a huge spoon of fiber supplement first thing in the morning and just before I go to sleep, if I miss a dose the problem continues (though not near as bad) experiment with fiber and see what works best for you, this will get you a more normal daily life.
