John, I have to disagree with you on this. Very miniscule and almost undetectable charges can definitely have positive benefits.
I will offer a documented example.
A current of about 4 milliamps is basically the minimum level that can be felt by most humans. Dr. Robert O. Becker M.D. healed non-unions (broken bones that failed to heal) with an applied current of less than 50 microamperes ( about 1 / 80 th of the minimum detectable current ).
Also the surface potential of a cancer cell is only a few microvolts different from a normal cell.
Also, you might note also that many people can not feel a zapper working but they can feel the effects, often within minutes or hours.
