regardless, the water is being altered somehow somewhere by the electric charge. of that i am sure. it may not be holding a charge, but SIMETHING is going on and as yet no one has given me a good explanation for it. now whether that same thing is happening ot the calcium in the water is anybody's guess, but apparently its not getting ionized.
