Does anyone in the Alzheimers forum remember using the aluminum foil for this??? Using aluminum for this is not a good idea IMHO.

Stainless usually contains Nickel and Chromium which are both tissue irritants and the salts may be carcinogenic. The electrical current can transport these into the water. Not a good idea IMHO.

Otherwise, this brings up a good idea for some Science experiments.
