Advice please

Facts:

Vata/pitta
Blood: B or O (not sure)
Female in early 50s
Obese (over 300#)
Little or no exercise
I recently quit heavy drinking after many years; I am obviously concerned about my pancreas and liver. I am hoping I haven’t caused irreparable damage.

Symptoms

Chronic diarrhea; undigested food; when I do have normal stool it is brown not gray; bloating; soft bump on inside of belly button; constant discomfort in gut above bb (also left and right sides and back) (worse after eating); occasional sharp pain around or above belly button usually after eating some items; shoulder, neck and back pain (around shoulder blades – mostly left side); heartburn; Arthritis pain in left wrist (can barely move wrist at times); occasional muscle fatigue (hard to climb stairs, usually in am); lots of broken blood vessels on cheeks and chin); (will these ever go away? I’m sick and tired of plastering on the make up in order to take out the garbage); tongue looks ok, darker shade of pink with light white coating, heavier in back, no teeth impressions or cracks, it’s smooth and looks healthy to me; emotions are normal; mental state normal;

I’ve done one successful LC about a year
Eating habits are sporadic. I eat meat, et all (I’ve obviously got to change that)
Take evening primrose oil and L-glutamine daily
High blood pressure (Atenalol 100mg)
Recently started P&B shakes, pancreatic supplement, milk thistle
Also taking Liv-long (Liv-LongTM is a flavonoid-rich complex created from extracts of the edible part of the hybrid artichoke, Cynara floridanum, and sarsaparilla, Smilax aristolochiaefo.)

Any advise would be appreciated
Thanks
