That makes you vata-pitta dosha. :) We can be one dosha or any combination thereof. So you need to concentrate on sweet tastes, occasionally sour or the rest, to maintain balance.

For your particular issues, the weight gain around the middle is due to the liver being too congested with fats and such. That's why the irritability too, altho your lifestyle doesn't help! Consider how to change it - different job? Getting them to hire you an assistant? If you make your employers aware (unless of course you're self-employed) of the stress and they do nothing, they are then liable.

Okay, so you need to use good oils like flax, do a series of at least 8 Liver Flushes with mini flushes in between and tons of herbs (keep them in your purse LOL!). DO NOT under any circs use the Epsom Salts in these liver flushes. Use apple juice, malic acid and/or gold coin grass to soften stones.

Be sure to take your EFA oil at least 3x a day. HBP is linked to prostaglandins, too few of the right prostaglandins causes constrictions in the blood vessals which = poor circulation and HBP. EFA oils feed prostaglandins.

Massage very pure sesame oil into your skin after every shower/bath. Add several drops of baby oil to every bath. If you don't have time for a whole detox bath, DO add 1/2 cup baking soda to the bath, this will really soften the skin.

For circulation, drink the cleansing drink and use cayenne pepper tincture instead of just powder.

Be sure to lie down with feet raised high at least 10 minutes a day.

Supplement with a really good super-green formula like Garden of Life's Perfect Food.

Eat more raw garlic and onion and berries to strengthen veins. See the cleansing salad recipes and see if you can eat these regularly.

While you're living flushing you must take something like P&B shakes to keep the colon clean, or get colnics.
