yah, I broke my pear fast by eating oil-popped popcorn - which resulted in the vomiting I referred to above. (I don't recommend popcorn to break a fast, people!)
Would you think The Master Cleanse would be a better option (since it has less sugar?) I was afraid of feeling terrible doing it, since I'll still have to come to work, and I wouldn't be eating any 'real' food.
I've been drinking lots of powdered psylium fibre and water - my local health food store keeps telling me the benotnite will be in 'tomorrow.' When I get it, can I keep using the powdered psyllium? I feel that I've adjusted to it.
