Thanks for the notes - I'll read them all. I tried to do a monodiet of pears (in lieu of a fast) this week, but I got very weak and headachey? Were the pears a bad idea, or were the side effects just beginnings of cleansing for me?
I've been drinking your recommended hot apple cider vinegar and buckwheat honey before bed, and I've found it's really helped with nausea and improved sleep.
