bile after liver cleanse

I came to this website b/c I get nauseous all the time - with many bouts of vomiting. I had a spell of vomiting the week before the liver cleanse, and I was mainly vomiting up water - after the cleanse, I had another spell, and I was vomiting up lots of yellow, disgusting bile. Is this a good sign for my digestion? i.e. is my liver cleaner or working better?
