Continue with therapy, but if you can afford it, get some bodywork too. Such as deep tissue massage, cranio-sacral therapy, Reiki, tachyon, etc. My background is psychology, and in my experience talk therapy is not enough to heal. One needs to remove the trauma from the body at the cellular level. And bodywork gets to that level. I offer you hope, I have seen others heal from this kind of violent trauma.
Take care of yourself....try meditation and/or yoga....these are things you can do for yourself to begin the healing process and they are free.
