we're not playing games here... we're talking life and death... use all the health food and castor oil packs you wish to use... but until an alcoholic makes up his/her mind to quit nothing is going to change... an alcoholic will defend his disease right up to the very point of death itself... perhaps their fear is not of death but of living... (i speak from experience... not something i think... or have read... ignore what is say if you wish... makes no difference to me...) however... i am not trying to say that diet and nutrition doesn't play a vital part in ones recovery to health...

but... first things first...
