DR Thomas Levy stats that calcium ascorbate supplies too much calcium and suggest that you should use sodium ascorbate. Don't worry it doesn't raise your blood pressure, it's not the same as regular salt.
My guess with your other conditions is the bodies probably detoxing. As when I'm on a detox program, feel tried until finished the program.
