Hi bugsy,yes I am interested also. I had a feeling that you understood this, however some do not and it is important the action of foods rather than their taste. I am interested in what MH says. I suspect that MH is fruitarian mainly? and therefore views HCL as a last ditch effort to digest food that was not chewed and alkalinized by the enzymes in saliva. I aslo wonder if acid foods should be properly balanced with alkaline foods or rather eat only alkaline formers and risk overbalancing alkaline which is hard to do with our normal diets but possible. Can we flourish on only alkaline?
