If you take Paul Braggs advice, you will be doing some of the very best!

Hotema is by far the best author of about 60 books that I know of. The 14 day cure was made famous by Dr. Hay and the 21 day cure was made famous by Dr. Jackson and there were hundreds of other MDs doing the same, I just came accross their books.

Good Luck! Since you have read from the best, you will undersatnd these books, if you find 2 differant books written by either of these men, you have some trading material with me!
