well, I have bought them in Phillipines, Moscow, Mexico, Thailand, vietnam and Malaysia and I have never had the 'two price" system. Also, you can buy as much as you want. If one pharmacy limits you, you just go to another pharmacy and buy some more until you have the desired amount. Inside each package there is always a info insert that is usually in the native language of the country you are in and also in English. It lists all the ingredients and such so you know what you are getting is the right stuff.
