But are those pills real though? Those places are pretty shady...how do you know if you didn't get ripped off and got sold some completely harmless pills and just haven't had any outbreaks?

I think the best thing to do in that case (buying pills in a foreign country) is get a prescription from a reputable doctor in that foreign country and then go to a pharmacy that the doctor recommends...and then you'll know the you are getting real pills and a real price. Tweet
