other (non-mucosal) body areas in addition to the genitals?
I have had herpes II for several years now and I seldom have an outbreak. Suddenly I get this outbreak and it seems to have expanded from the usual restricted area to include several zones on the back of my right leg and I am very concerned about it.
All of the reading I have done has not suggested that people get herpes II anywhere but on the genitals (or possibly the mouth if type I and II are actually the same except for location.
Does anyone know anything about this? I would really appreciate any kind of answer.
I would also provide whatever information possible for others with this concern.
