Pls research more before drinking 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide, as after you drank, the viruses try to run away from the oxygen generated, and move around---to the nose, ears, eyes, skull and spinal cord. Some viruses might be killed, too, at the same time. You can see my email " Re: Apologies---didn't mean to offend. " The internet taught people to increase 1 drop every day for up to 25 drops in 5 oz of water, if a person is very toxic, he can't even stand 9 drops, and have to remain in 9 drops ( that level ), or even take a break before drinking 9 drops again. Everyone's healing crisis is different, too, as everyone's existing health problem/ condition is different.

Also, I take day 4 and day 5 off, to replenish anti-oxidants. Anti-oxidants cancel the effect of hydrogen peroxide but our body needs anti-oxidants. So it is always advised to take 2 days break each week for anti-oxidants. Keep a carton of fresh orange juice while you drink 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide, in case you find your system can't handled that, and drink full glass of hydrogen peroxide. Food Grade is different from the 3% hydrogen peroxide got from pharmacy, and is not advise to drink, but ok to gargle.
