I am very sorry to hear you might have Herpes orally. If you don't want your parents to know, check from website or phone book for any herpes help organization that can do test for free. Or do you want to ask the doctor to bill examination fee on the health insurance, and ask the lab tests be paid with cash by yourself? Lab tests might be $200 - $300, if the doctor wants to do culture for both HSV1 and HSV2 test. If the doctor is sure the symptom is HSV2, he will not do the HSV1 test. Also, you will know later if you have HSV2, for the viruses will go to the throat and make your throat itchy, and you will have irritable bowel symptom,too. 30 minutes after you ate, you will go to the bathroom because of the viruses. Search for hydrogen peroxide, ozone, valtrex,nathropath doctor,prayers, repent, faith, obedience, God's Commandments and God for control of the symptom. I will pray for you, too. Personally, I had not worked for one year because of HSV2 in genital and mouth. I felt better only after one year and one day, and suprisingly that day was exactly the day I took on volunteer administrative assistant for a small church at the corner of my home. That church was not my own church, but I felt sorry for there had been only 60 members when compared with my own 1000 members church. Then, I felt much better with less severe outbreaks after I worked. One week before Pastor asked me to take the job, I had prayed to God what I can do for that small church. And I owed people who prayed for me as frequent as four times a day for healing. So just hang in there. 1) Cry out to the Lord for repent, obedience and faith. 2) Seek help from others ( that you can trust ). 3) Depend and trust the Lord to carry your thru'. At one time, the outbreaks had been worsen that I thought the Lord is going to kill me soon with this illness. However, on my way to the doctor, a car drove at 80 miles per hour cut into my lane without knowing I was there, but managed to go back to its lane after I horned. I knew God does not want to kill me yet, for He can easily let the car to hit me. From that day on, I know God loves me even when I was a sinner, will he not loved me more after I learned my lesson from His chastening and repent. Now, I pleaded with God daily that I need full recovery, so I can go to Israel and some places I desired for short-term or long term missionary. Sorry for over-sharing. Take Care.
