you very well be in for some good news because not everything you have described fits perfectly with an outbreak. For instance, at the end of an outbreak, before it pops ip again, the blisters/bumps retreat entirely and dark red/purple dots appear in the place where the bumps were. they are actually little scabs but they are so tiny that it is hard to tell and they just look like little pinpoint marks of reddish purple. Usually there seem to be more of them than there actually were blisters. This is the last stae of an outbreak.

If you have never seen anything like this, you may be in for good news.

If it is herpes, then this is your inital exposure (based on the reoccurace and that you've never seen this before)

that means that whoever you are with/have been with recently gave it to you..

Obviously you are going to have to talk to her and tell her what's up. This is difficult but morality dictates it must be so.
