This sounds like a male yeast infection. They are treated the exact same way a female does. Using the same creams, diet, hygiene, etc. It may be embarrassing buying monostat at the store, but if it's as bad as you say it's worth a shot. There are also tons of home remedies like peroxide, vinegar, coconut oil etc that may do the trick. Do a little research and give it a try. Good luck
