coarse, dry hair: to seramadis

Hi seramadis!
Thanks so much for your interesting post. Believe me, I would love it if I had dark hair, too, but I was born blonde, and so I lighten it just a little to match my skin tone (it's medium brown now with red tones and a fair amount of white now, but it just looks drab on my complexion. My sister has dark hair and I'm so jealous; it looks beautiful on her! I did read about a French henna that lightens just a bit; maybe I'll give it a try if I can find it again! I've tried neutral henna, and red. The avocado oil really softens my hair quite a bit. Maybe I can try the coconut oil in between; that's a good idea you have to do it every time. I think I'll switch back and forth with the 2 oils, or try one for awhile then the other. It's amazing how many of us have coarse hair; I read that it's dry because of the thickness of the hairs. Thanks for making me laugh with "coarsest driest hair of all humanity".

I do use rosemary, which I love, and I love your idea of lavender oil in the henna. This is so wonderful, all these lovely ladies helping each other.
