Hi Julie, yes, I've been using coconut oil each time I wash my hair instead of conditioner. What I've been doing, is washing my hair, putting on the oil, then tying it back and rinsing it out in the morning. I've been taking cod liver oil, evening primrose oil and using coconut milk (diluted) on my breakfast, and using olive oil occasionally. This has been an important step for me, it helps with the inflammatory bowel condition I sometimes get, and has improved my health generally, and done wonders for my hair!
