dry hair: to Kavita

Thanks sweet Kavita! Yes, I've tried olive oil, and I've tried mixing all of these, but I'm still sold on avocado oil for my poor hair. I really appreciate your suggestions;if you have any more, I'd love to hear them. I'm in the U.S.; I get my avocado oil from health food stores; it's cold pressed and good for recipes, too (similar to olive oil in monounsaturated fats. I do like to eat coconut oil, too; it helped me to lose weight and helped with my candida overgrowth, which I have cured. I mix the avocado oil in my deep conditioner - I mix two 15 oz. bottles and freeze them, with some coconut milk which I make with unsweetened coconut, a couple of regular conditioners (one a softer kind, Aura, smells like peppermint, and the other Loreal Nutravive which strengthens),and about 1/4 cup of oil. Then I usually leave on for about 3-5 hours and just wash out (about 3 lathers). What types of conditioners do you use?
Yes, I'm trying to have beautiful hair. Please keep your tips coming!

Julie
