Yoghurt, sweetened with a little bit of Maple Syrup is great for the colon. Especially after what she has been through you need to make sure the good bacteria come back into the colon. ( Epsom Salts as well as some enemas kill all the bacteria, and it is really important to replenish them).
Another source of good bacteria is buttermilk. That whizzed up with some fruit as a fruit smoothee might work.
You don't need a lot - I'm usually okay if I have a couple of teaspoons of yoghurt or something similar a day.
