Re: need help urgently

I agree with Invincible.
Hope your little one will have no problem drinking the Epsom Salt because of the taste and because of the situation being constipated. You might take one of her doll, or a stuffed animal and play a little game the animal being constipated, give the drink and put the animal on the potty. I would even make "poo" out of buckwheat or whole wheat(adding a little bit of water) and secretly put it in the potty.
Sorry, I just think at this age there are situations where it's easier to talk to them thru a "third person".

Wish you luck and hope she's feeling better already and is releaved.

Unfortunatelly we're told that not having BM for few days is ok. It's not and especially not ok with kids.
The so called healthy snacks do make them constipated. If I were you I would avoid cracker and cheese and the snacks also when they say it's healthy. It's first of all hydrogenated oil, sugar, additives and the list could go on and on.

Sorry to make this long but, one last thing: When your little one gets her regular bowel movement you'll notice that she's a different little girl, happier and more balanced.

Wish you all the best.
