Re: need help urgently
Still thinking about your family, Nigel.
Perhaps your little one is asleep, maybe up and moving around, perhaps even hungry or thirsty. These are all signs of progress, I think. Her body will want exactly what she needs, in my opinion.
Except the drinks she had before, and/or any heavy food. You know which ones.
When you come to giving her a few small spoonfuls of vegetable broth, perhaps with a little whizzed dark green leaves stirred in at the last, you might want to add the tiniest bit of coconut oil to her portion.
Everyone will enjoy and benefit from a little coconut oil in their food. Its taste is very light, and barely noticeable.
A few grains of the very best salt would be useful, as well, I believe. In time, you may like to consider the tiniest bit of cayenne pepper in some of your food. Although this makes food taste hotter (use only a TINY amount, spread through a good quantity of food, erring on the side of caution), cayenne is healing. Black pepper is not, or so I have read.
You will enjoy reading about these three substances, and, perhaps, others.
I've found benefit from either squatting, or leaning well forward, when defacating (sp?). These positions seem to stretch out the final curve in the colon, which seems helpful to the purpose.
Golly, I'll be thinking on this for a long time, I'm sure. We all will. And we'll all benefit. These are important things to know.
