I REALLY need a good night's sleep. But of course, I'm not taking any of the over-the-counter pills like I used to. I don't consume anything caffeinated, not under any horrible stress, eating raw-organic foods, no sugar, no white flour, no wheat or diary. I workout daily by lifting weights and mix it with cardio. I used to have a cup of warm milk before bed but not drinking anymore dairy.
Is there anything I could take to help me get a full night's sleep but only with natural sleep aids meaning certain foods, drinks, or even "natural" pills\tablets at the organic store? Might I be lacking a certain vitamin\mineral?
HELP! (chuckling!!) Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated that worked for you!
