Hi Hopinso,

Is it possible that the drink should have contained [the usual pinch of] Epsom salt?

I hesitate to share my thoughts, when you are receiving such great advice already.

My husband suffered from excruciating back pain for over 30 years.

I don't remember the last time he took his abominable pain prescription. [so bad that it caused meningitis about a year and a half ago]

Based on advice from all the good people here at CureZone, here's what worked for him:

One shot of ACV in the morning
Juice of 1/2 lemon with Celtic Sea Salt & 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne 2 to 3 times per week. (used to take everyday)
One tablespoon of (Norwegian I believe) Cod liver oil every day
1 brazil nut every day
Vitamin B12 sub-lingual plus B complex
(In all fairness, he did also stop drinking diet soda)
First 2 months: ACV foot soaks
Now: Hydrogen peroxide, baking soda, Epsom Salt & 3 tbsp. Lime water foot soak (3 times week). (with some distilled water added.)

I had a terrible time sleeping from back pain, seating from hip pain, walking from bad foot pain, was tired all the time.

Now, I have no pain, except that caused by physical activity - which I now am always up for.

Though I still have a very long way to go on my health overhaul, those major problems are no longer a daily presence.

The changes have been few, and the results immense:

All that my husband does plus: (I take the cayenne mix everyday)

12 oz water with juice of 1/2 lemon and a pinch of Celtic Sea Salt 2-3 times per day
Seaweed (Modifilan last year, kelp now) daily
Energize my water (Pat’s simple method)
Spritz my body regularly with Hydrogen Peroxide (before and after shower)
Once a month or so:
Mix 1 cup Epsom Salt, ¼ cup baking soda, ¼ cup olive oil, 1 tbsp. Lime water.
Spritz with HP, then rub salt mix all over then rinse in cool shower then spritz again with HP.
Dry skin brush

Other changes:

Cool to cold showers [from warm]
Threw away table salt
If ever – use only organic unprocessed sugar. (never really liked Sugar or breads)
Never use vegetable oils (use cold pressed olive oil almost exclusively )
Stopped eating dairy foods
Drink more water than I used to
Use lemon in almost all my cooking and dressings (this has always been the case - I believe that is one of the reasons I am still alive!)
Eat more fruits & vegetables
Bless all our foods and now converse with my body in more loving terms.
Energize my water (Pat’s simple method)
Hug myself every so often – and my loved ones even more. REcharging!!

Try to "smile 'tis my choice" a lot more (that is: decide how my day is going to be:)

Recently, I have added the Moreless Alkalizing Drink 1 to 2 times per day
1 tablespoon of lime water to my lemon water drinks

Though there are other things that still need to be addressed, and others that have also helped us tremendously [Liver cleanse, Ozonated water etc.], the things listed above, are what made the pain go away and the energy come back.

As Lapis says “it is always the terrain”, so we have to continue mining the vast amount of information here at CureZone and trying to get closer to a more balanced self.

However long - I just felt your pain, and thought to share – hope you find out what your body is telling you, and a way to heal.
