Colloidal would be an improvement. Ionic colloidal another step up. Angstroms are a very different animal. Many on the market in pure form are very close to the bioavailablility of plant minerals. This size can be easily transported and enter and exit cells very proficiently. The world of nano particles are very interesting and when speaking of cellular health (spark and frequency of "life"), they drive things.
We are electrical systems (actually vibratory, but for more relatable terminology...) and thus require the right building blocks (energetics) to perpetuate life (spiritual experience).
