Well I talked to a lady at work today about my diet and she really discouraged me. I was telling her about some of the stuff I have been eating the last couple days and she gave her opinion on a few of the things. She said that bananas have lots of potassium and arent good for the kidneys. She said cherries have lots of toxins and lots of sugars. She said salmon has mercury in it. She said potpie isnt good cause of eggs being in dough and margarine in the gravy.
I had 4 bananas today by the way. 2 for breakfast and 2 during day. Not sure if thats too much. I also had another plate of beef potpie tonight. I was just really hungry for a mainmeal when I came home from work.
So are cherries and bananas and salmon really that bad? The diet I saw online said just raw fruits and vegetables,it didnt say not this one or that one.
