It doesn't matter if their in fresh water, farm raised fish are fed toxic food and scraps of dead diseased fish, these toxins then accumalate in their bodies which you eat. They are much higher in PCBS and other contaminants than wild. Farm fish also do not have the proper vitamins and minerals in their bodies and they are usually artifically colored to make them look appealing. Fresh wild caught is the only fish that you should be eating. I encourage you to read up on the very harmful effects of eating farm raised fish. Beware that not all fish sold in health food stores is wild, check the labels. Most of the fish sold in regular grocery stores is farmed raised. If your interested in eating a healthy Diet ask your mom to buy your food at a health food store. Most food sold in regular grocery stores is full of pesticids, heavy metals, artificial colors and flavors, and other toxins that are very harmful to your body and health. Anything that is not organic, wild caught, free-range, or grass fed is going to harm your health and lead to disease. Good luck
