Re: Inversion therapy helps reposition internal organs

According to the instructions with my inversion table hanging at 60 degrees gives the spine all the benefits of hospital traction. I hang at 60 degrees for a few minutes, then rock uo and down, then hang, then rock again. The rocling motion is supposed to help get the lymph flowing. Since I cannot walk but a few steps, this is very important to me. I also dry skin brush, but the rocking motion helps a lot.
