Re: LarryB
I have to say that the IT is the one piece of exercize equipment that I just keep coming back to. Not every day like in the beginning, but a couple times a week. And again, if my high BP didn't make it less pleasant, more often than that. Before the high BP I had another inversion stool which I used religiously for years even though it wasn't nearly as comfortable as the table.
If you like inversion and seek it out, you'll probably stay with it.
As for your fears of becoming an old wrinkly lady, you CAN certainly do something about it. Take control of your health and try out the protocols at Curezone including the cleanses and flushes. Eat a nutrient rich diet, exercize and become a health nut.
In my 40's before I had a small stroke and decided to give up smoking, fast foods, meat eating, alcohol, no exercize etc, people always guessed my age or even older. Now that I've made the change motivated by wanting to watch my kids grow older, people are stunned when I tell them I'm 51. They always say they wouldn't have guessed more than late 30's or early 40's.
You have two options pretty much - either use curezone and other resources for all they're worth and take charge of your health and your body. Superfoods, high nutrution, body and organ cleanses, detoxifying and an active lifestyle etc. Or you can just fall into the typical American diet and lifestyle and go to doctors when your body gets too sick to deal with it anymore.
You'll be given drugs that don't cure you but will be told you'll have to take them for the rest of your life. They'll temporarily mask your symptoms but give you nasty side effects that in turn will require more drugs and trips to the doctor, with unknown interactions with all your other non-curing lifetime drugs. At that point your bodies defences will be KO'd and you'll become a chronically ill person that will be another one of those statistics. Namely that statistic that says you're 1200 times more likely to die from your legal prescription drugs than illegal drugs.
It's up to you - and yes, you will even have a measure of control over the length of your life as well.
Guess which path will have you aging in radiant health to the suprise of everyone, and which will turn you into a sickly wrinkly old lady?
