Thats interesting to know that inversion can help with C1 subluxation. Ppl who have high BP have their C1 subluxated. And no amount of drugs, supplements, herbs can fix the problem unless the C1 moves back into its place.
very intersting. hmmm
How often and how many times in a day do you use your table.?
What are your ailments which you are trying to correct.
We have to lay off the notion the inversion is only for back problems. Actually, a lot of good health just comes miraculously, when the spine is strightened. I am seeing good results from chiropractic. But I want stories from ppl who own the table and use it regularly to see what benefits they are getting.
I read a a news article how C1 subluxation (ATLAS) can cause High BP. If thats really true, then no amount of supplements in this world ( herbal or otherwise) can cure high BP. It becomes a chronic problem.
But if the atlas is put back into its place, BP reduces and you can throw away those drugs & supplements and lead a normal life.

I am not sure how, but it was posted that, inverting 90 deg( upside down) may help align the atlas. But we have to go slow. I hope we can conquer this disease which so many ppl are affected with.(including my own mom)
-->>It helps with mental clarity, circulation and definitely helps relieve stress. As I say, I've been doing either yoga headstands or table inversions for the last 30 years and crave it if I do without for too long. If you're looking for earth shattering testamonials, I'm not sure you'll find them with inversion tables. The benefit is more long term and systemic to do with increased bloodflow, oxygen and circulation. It's a wellness/prevention benefit moreso than a front line cure for some disease or other - at least as far as I'm aware of.<<--
As with therapy, you have to do it to reap its benefits. And in this, we also need to own a inversion table. I always thought I should own a treadmill, or stationary bike, or elliptical. But I have seen ppl who buy these equipments and then get bored of them and never use them. I am hoping that will not happen with the IT which I plan to buy.
I really no longer beleive that statement " you are what you eat". Because, even if we might be eating the helathiest food on earth, we may still get sick, because of structural damamge to the spine. Gravity will eventually take its toll, and we end up with sagging skin, reduced eye sight, hearing problems etc etc.
Although, I am still young, my biggest fear is to become an old lady with all wrinkly skin and fat abdoment. Thats why I keep searching for answers. I just want to avoid that.
It is well said, "you cannot do anything about the length of your life, but you can do something about its width and height"
