In Oct, I'll know if some of my platelets are coming down. If not, I want to give myself more time on this program. I will inform the Dr. that I will start meds early next year. I think it's great that your doing well on your diabetes. So many people that have this condition still don't get it, and continue to eat the way they do, and then complain. I once read the book on the glysemic index to help someone,but that was a lost cause. Have you heard of the Bob Marshall radio program on Saturday? His website http://www.healthline.cc (no .com) He talks about heavy metal detox and has his own products and a parasite cleanse the is ayurvedic. Someone on this cite mentioned him and his product. I'm curious about anyone using his products. Do you think you can get any feed back on this?.
