Question about vaccinations for older children

Many years ago I decided that my children would be safer without vaccinations. Now, at ages 18, 16, and 14, they have never been vaccinated for anything and are quite healthy. Unfortunately, my daughter's preferred college requires vaccinations for MMR and rubeola and the state where the college is located allows only a religious exemption. Reluctantly, I've agreed to let her take the required vaccinations and have made an appointment with her Doctor for next week.

I'm assuming that she is less at risk for complications but I've been unable to find much information about this because most studies are about infants and young children. Also, my daughter and I are both wondering about the risk-benefit of the vaccination for menningitis. Obviously, I am still uncomfortable about the whole thing and would welcome any advice or pertinent information.
