I turn my shower to cold EVERY time. I love it. Like I told MH, maybe it was instinct, maybe it was my exit point being on fire so much, but I first spray down there, and then soak in the cold. I've been doing this off and on since 9th grade (1991) because I heard all the "take a cold shower" comments, and just fell in love. It was easier when I lived in the Phoenix/Metro area, as it gets COOOOOOLD up here in the rockies during the winter. Not an easy thing to take a cold shower when it's -25 with the wind chill. Well worth it!!!!
