Yup, Yup!
I always thought it was weird when people/news mentions people dying from "exposure". Sure it happens but why so quickly? I think they want to keep us scared and in doors and dependant.
I also wonder if the opposite of the cold theory is true as well, as in the case of native peoples in the extreme hot, no AC!
